With the construction of an environment-friendly society, the protection of ancient buildings in major cities is carried out deeply and widely. In terms of the protection and development of ancient city wall cultural relics, but now many large-scale restoration constructions are carrying out in some places. Taking the arch ring construction of Wuding gate, Zhonghua Gate, biaoying gate and Taipingmen as examples, this paper introduces the construction technology of city gate arch ring on urban road in the reconstruction of ancient city wall, which provides a reference for the implementation of similar projects in the future.
