基于CDFA技术提高非精密进近安全

非精密进近是飞机仪表进近中重要程序之一,稳定的进近直接关系到飞机着陆的安全。近几十年来,发生了很多例与非精密进近有关的可控飞行撞地(controlled flight into terrain,CFIT)和不稳定进近事件,引起了民航局和各航空公司的高度重视。本文基于介绍非精密进近程序与连续下降最后进近(continuous descent final approach,CDFA)技术,分析非精密进近飞行中的风险,期望通过CDFA方法提供一个恒定角进近,使机组更易获得一个稳定进近,降低机组失误率,从而提高非精密进近的安全裕度,减少可控飞行撞地事故发生的可能性。

Non-precision approach is an important instrument approach procedure. A stable approach is directly related to landing safety. Many controlled flight into terrain and unstable approach events occurred by non-precision approach in recent decades, which attracted great attention from the Civil Aviation Administration of China and airlines. Based on presenting non-precision approach procedure and continuous descent final approach, flying risks in non-precision approach are analyzed in this article. Based on continuous descent final approach, the constant angle non-precision approach is provided, which makes it easier to achieve stable approach and reduces pilot errors. Thus, the safety margin in non-precision approach is improved, and the possibility of controlled flight into terrain is reduced.
