[目的/意义]为提高媒介素养、推动实际工作,公务员应该加强与媒体及从业人员的关系,即媒体紧密度,但二者关系的作用机制尚不明确。[方法/过程]基于对H省公务员的问卷调查,探讨了其新媒体使用与新媒体信任的关系,并考察了媒体紧密度、个体决策权在二者关系中的调节作用。[结果/结论]新媒体使用的两个维度,即新媒体倾向、新媒体互动均显著正向影响新媒体信任;媒体紧密度、个体决策权调节新媒体使用对新媒体信任的影响,媒体紧密度越低,新媒体倾向对新媒体信任的正向影响越大;个体决策权高低与否均能增强新媒体倾向、新媒体互动分别对新媒体信任的正向影响。研究结果揭示了公务员群体与媒体的关系以及自身决策权与新媒体信任的作用机制。

[Purpose/Significance]In order to improve the media literacy and promote practical work, civil servants should strengthen their relationship with the media and practitioners, that is, media tightness; but the mechanism of the relationship is still unclear.[Method/Process]Based on the questionnaire survey of civil servants in H province, this paper explores the relationship between new media use and new media trust, and examines the moderating effect of media tightness and individual decision-making power in the relationship between new media use and trust. [Result/Conclusion]Two dimensions of new media use, namely, new media tendency and new media interaction, have significant positive effects on new media trust. Media tightness and individual decision-making power moderate the influence of new media use on trust, the lower media tightness, the greater the positive influence of new media tendency on the new media trust; Whether the individual decision-making power is high or low can promote the positive influence of new media tendency and new media interaction on the new media trust. The results reveal the relationship between civil servants and the media, as well as the mechanism of their decision-making power and trust in new media.
