Aiming at the defects and shortcomings of the 1～9 scale method in the traditional AHP, the article uses the AHP of the 0.1～0.9 scale method to evaluate the quality of the takeaway delivery service. Constructed an evaluation hierarchy analysis model with 10 evaluation dimensions and 28 specific indicators.The evaluation results are analyzed, and the results show that the improved scaling method conforms to objective reality.
