目的观察改进式提上眼睑肌缩短术治疗儿童青少年上睑下垂的临床效果。方法术中根据提上睑肌肌力确定提上睑肌缩短长度或预计手术结束时眼睑高度,术中眶隔部分取出可以避免术后提上睑肌与眶隔粘连。结果术后一月及三月复诊,有1列1眼患者上睑又有轻度下垂,其余41眼均未出现上睑下垂,睑缘弧度自然,眼睑闭合良好,无倒睫,无暴露性角膜炎发生。结论改进式提上眼睑肌缩短术治疗儿童青少年上睑下垂临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified levator shortening operation in treatment of ptosis with children and adolescents.Methods To determine levator palpebrae superioris muscle length or the eyelid height at the end of the operation according to the function of the levator muscle in operation.To remove intraoperative orbital part can avoid levator muscle of upper eyelid and orbital adhesion after resection.Results Postoperative follow-up visits on one month and three months after operation,1 cases of patients with upper eyelid and mild ptosis,the other 41 cases were not found ptosis,natural eyelid radian,good closed eyelids,no purpose,no exposure keratitis occurred.Conclusion Modified levator shortening operation in treatment of ptosis with children and adolescents has significant clinical effects,it is worthy of application in clinical.
