目的 :研究MATLAB软件在DR胸片处理中的应用,并分析其临床使用价值。方法:研究中从2017年2月—2018年3月来我院就诊的放射科病患96名为案例,均进行DR胸部与CT胸部检查,且均由胸部CT证实病灶存在。患者X片由MATLAB软件进行伪彩色增强处理后,由4名5年以上诊断经验的主治医生对传统X片以及增强处理后的伪彩色片进行阅片。记录并统计两组阅片时长、检出病灶数等。结果:使用软件增强后的伪彩色图片病灶检出率为81.16%;而没有经过增强处理的传统X片病灶检出率为63.04%。增强后伪彩色阅片用时为59.67±32.56S;传统X片组用时为67.35±22.58S。两组病灶检出率与阅片用时统计结果与差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:在DR胸片经过MATLAB软件增强处理后,能够有效缩短阅片时间,提升阅片中的病灶检出率。值得在临床医学中进行推广应用。

Objective To study the application of MATLAB software in the chest DR image and explore its clinical value.Material and Methods This study include 96 patients who visited our hospital between February 2017 to March 2018.All patients underwent both DR and Computed Tomography(CT) of the chest during the visit with CT scan showed positive, All images of DR were processed by pseudo-color enhancement technique of the MATLAB software. 4 radiologists with more than 5 years of practice evaluated the traditional DR images and post-processed images on lesions numbers and the reading time.Results The rate of the lesions identified by the radiologists in post-processed group and traditional DR group were 81.16% and 63.04% respectively.The average identification time of the post-processed group was 59.67±32.56 s while the average time of the traditional group was 67.35±58 s.Both of the two results above were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P﹤0.05).Conclusions DR chest images after processed by pseudo-color enhancement technique of the MATLAB software can shorten the identification time and improve the recognition rate of lesions effectively, it is worthy to be applied in clinical medicine.
